With the help of our friends at Alpine Distilling we created an incredibly unique fortified dessert wine and named after our trusty winery dog, Bear. Baco Noir acts as the base with brandy (distilled from our Mountain Town White) blended in to fortify and stabilize. Aged in a barrel for 9 months the result is a highly aromatic, slightly sweet dessert wine with notes of stewed fruit and cacao that pairs beautifully with Ritual Chocolate for an after dinner treat that you won’t forget anytime soon. This wine is timeless, bold and unique just like it’s namesake!
